What is this site for?

This site allows you to securely access your personal record and to tell us about changes to your circumstances.

We carry out administration of your pension on behalf of your pension scheme/plan trustees.

This site is made available to you under our agreement with the scheme/plan trustees. Your rights as a member or beneficiary of the scheme/plan are set out in the scheme/plan rules and under UK pensions law. Please contact the trustees for more information.

Using this site doesn’t provide you with additional rights. We don’t offer products or services to scheme/plan members or beneficiaries of the scheme/plan and nothing in these terms is intended to create a legal agreement between you and us.

Using this site

You’ll need a compatible computer or mobile device and supported browser to use this site.

We recommend that you use the most up-to-date version of your browser, so that you can access the latest features. Keeping your browser up-to-date also helps guard against security threats.

This site may be unavailable from time to time, for example because we’re carrying out some maintenance.

If you need to tell us about something urgently, for example to do with the payment of your pension, we recommend that you get in touch with us by phone during usual business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) or contact us.

You must only use this site for the purposes we have explained. Inappropriate or unauthorised use of this site (including attempting to access the information of other people, or sending abusive, malicious or harmful material) may be a criminal offence.

We may suspend or terminate this site, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason.

Registration and security

You’ll need to register your details to use this site.

We recommend you don’t use the same password that you use for other accounts, especially your email account.

You’ll also need a unique One Time Code (OTC) each time you log in to your personal record, and when accessing certain features. We’ll send your OTC to your registered email address or phone number, or ask you to use an authenticator app. This is for your security.

You must keep your username, password and OTC secure and not reveal them to anyone else.

If you contact us for help, we may ask you to confirm your username but we’ll never ask you for your password or OTC. Please never give out your user name, password or OTC to anyone.

You must take reasonable precautions to secure your computer and mobile device, in particular to protect them against cyber-attacks and viruses.

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that this site is secure and free from malware and viruses. However, we cannot accept responsibility for a cyber-attack which is unforeseen and beyond our reasonable control, despite having used reasonable precautions.

Information on this site

The design, content and features of this site are owned by us, the scheme/plan trustees or our licensors. The site is for your personal use only. You may download or print information from this site, but must not modify or republish it, or use it for commercial purposes.

You may share a link to this site only to direct a member or beneficiary of the scheme/plan to the site. Otherwise, you must not share links to this site.

Links from this site to other sites are provided for your information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Please remember we’ll never send you a link asking for your personal information or user details – never enter these into any site other than this site on the main login page.
